About the Teacher
My name is Danielle Welter.
I am married and the mom of three.
Prior to becoming a teacher, I was an environmental scientist at a northern uranium mine. I have a Bachelor of Science degree with High Honours in Environmental Earth Sciences and a Masters of Science degree specializing in Soil Physics.
In 2011, I obtained my Bachelor of Education degree with Great Distinction. I chose to switch careers because I wanted to share my love of science and learning with students.
Simply put, I love teaching and I am proud to be a teacher at St. Mary High School!
